Host/hostess for cruise ships passengers/Turnaround assistent

Since 2000 company acts as a shorex agent for many cruise lines and has a leading position on the Swedish market.
Our announcement is addressed to people who live in Stockholm.
We are looking for Hosts/Hostesses for the 2022 Stockholm Turnaround Operations (16 turnaround dates in Stockholm from May the 28th till September the 24th - only Saturdays).
The staff could be assigned to work at Arlanda airport or at the Stockholm cruise terminal.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITY WILL INCLUDE BUT IS NOT LIMITED TO:
. Meet & greet passengers (Airport & cruise terminal)
. Check-in/ Verification of documents (Cruise terminal)
. Support, guide and assist passengers to ensure the smooth running of their transfers (Airport & cruise terminal)
. Support the luggage handling (Airport & cruise terminal)
. Provide excellent customer service & answer to questions
CANDIDATE PROFILE:
Fluency in English is mandatory
Native or high working knowledge of Italian, Spanish, German, Swedish, French, or Portuguese is an advantage
Previous experience in tourism and/or customer service is a plus
Highly customer focused, helpful and with excellent personal manners
Strong communication skills
Flexible team player, positive and with a "can do" attitude
Attention to details
Responsible and punctual
Able to work independently
