Arbetsbeskrivning
We are looking for a person who can coordinate and manage our small family owned business of serviced apartments in Malmö.
Responsibilities include:
a) Managing the booking system.
b) Contacting guests prior to check-in and handling the check in process.
c) House keeping which includes cleaning the aparments.
d) Marketing.
e) Book keeping.
In the beginning, employment will be on hourly basis with a minimum of 40hrs a Month. Maximum depends on the number of actual working hours.
The person requires,
a) Fluency in English/Swedish. (more languages will give an advantage)
b) Prior expereince in hotel industry is desirable.
c) Charming personality ( as you are the main person who will run the business from the front)
d) Preferably live in Malmö
