Hotel or Airport Representative in Turkey (German Speaker)

Your responsibilities as Hotel or Airport Representative:
You choose your preference: whether working as a Hotel or Airport Representative
Work face-to-face with customers onsite
Help to make travel plans, answer questions, and give direction
Make sure clients decide on which excursions to book or cars to rent (Hotel Representative)
Welcoming guests at the airport for a smooth arrival (Airport Representative)
Ensuring customer satisfaction
 
Skills, qualifications, and interests to succeed as a Hotel or Airport Representative:
You bring the necessary soft skills to work in a client-facing environment - the company will care for the rest. Training on every important aspect of the job will be provided for you, there is no prior work experience needed.
 
Other requirements are 
Level C1 German and B2 English
Minimum age of 18
Comfortable to communicate with clients in an intercultural environment
Solution-oriented mindset 
Problem-solving ability by being an active listener and communicator 
Passion for the tourism industry
Ideally drivers licence 
Required papers to work in Turkey (Tax Number and Social Security Number)
 
What you will get out of it: 
Seasonal contract from March - November with the possibility of renewal for the next year's season
Working hours: full-time (40h/week) on a rotating schedule
Your basic salary starts from 29.608 Turkish lira net/month with the possibility to earn an average commission of 11.500 / month as a Hotel Representative (not for Airport Representative).
Relocation help within Turkey
5 ½ working days a week
1 ½ days per week off, 2 days extra off per month
No night shifts but occasional weekend and late shifts are possible
Accommodation provided by the employer
2 days off extra per month
Possibility to work in the most famous and beautiful hotspots of Turkey
