Hotel Representative On-Site in Turkey (German Speaker)

Your responsibilities and impact as a Hotel Representative:
Be the friendly face welcoming guests at the hotel, representing the company
Provide personalized on-site advice and assistance to guests
Offer and promote products and services tailored to guests' needs (uncapped commission potential)
Coordinate individual travel plans and assist with booking adjustments
Ensure top-notch customer satisfaction throughout their stay
Skills, qualifications, and interests you need to succeed in this role:
The company prioritizes soft skills and offers comprehensive training regardless of prior professional experience.
Proficiency in German (C1) and strong English skills (B2+)
Eagerness to travel, experience diverse cultures, and collaborate with international colleagues
Openness to living in Turkey's renowned holiday hotspots (Izmir or Antalya)
Passion for the tourism industry and dedication to delivering exceptional customer experiences
Excellent communication, listening, and problem-solving abilities
Flexibility to relocate within Turkey
Possession of a Turkish passport or Turkish work permit and Mavi Card
Valid driver's license
