The Customer Support at Seco Tools HQ in Fagersta is on an exciting transformation journey, and we’re right now looking for a Head Quarter Customer Excellence Support to strengthen our team. What you’ll do
As HQ Customer Excellence Support, you're working closely with the sales teams and supporting them to achieve sales objectives as well as improving sales efficiency and customer satisfaction. You handle the escalation of unresolved customer inquiries regarding the order and cash collection, and you maintain and develop genuine and effective customer relationships. Using the applicable systems, you collect and communicate relevant business and market intelligence to the product and sales management. Your team acts as regional partners worldwide and creates capabilities through process ownership, this includes supporting and educating our sales teams, investigating working methods and improving our ways of working.
The preferred job location is Fagersta. Some travel is a natural part of your job.
Who you are
We’re looking for someone with a degree in a relevant field and a few years of working experience in customer support – preferably from the industrial world. You need skills in M3, and we find Top Desk meritorious. Since we act on a global stage, you need fluent skills in English, while Swedish skills are beneficial.
We genuinely value your personality, characterized by your independent drive and analytical mind. You truly have what it takes to develop improvements and inspire your team to do the same. Initiative-taking and teamwork are keys in this role – you're comfortable being the coordinator for trainings and events, and you enjoy spending some time in the spotlight making presentations for stakeholders at all levels. In addition, you're decisive and can assure others that your way is the right way by communicating clearly when implementing new processes and working methods.
