What you’ll do
As HQ Customer Excellence Support Manager, you lead and inspire the team that’s supporting and educating our Sales Units towards world-class customer interaction. Your team acts as regional partners worldwide and creates future capabilities through system and process ownership. As responsive support is needed 24 hours a day during work weeks, the part of the team working with support are spread out over Sweden, Asia, and Americas to capture all time zones.
Included in your responsibility is to:
Ensure fulfillment of orders, including entry, administration and follow up.
Ensure an effective order flow through systems and processes in accordance with our customer service standards.
Prepare and maintain analyses and schedules, to effectively establish and manage an order backlog.
Build a strong global network to ensure great customer experience worldwide.
The preferred job location is Fagersta, as that’s where your team are based. Some travel is a natural part of your job.
Who you are
We’re looking for someone with a degree within a relevant field, such as Business Management or Customer Service Operations, and a few years’ experience of leading and managing diverse teams. You’re a skilled Office 365 user, and it’s a plus if you also have knowledge of ERP systems. Since we act on a global stage, you need fluent skills in English, while Swedish skills are beneficial.
