HR Admin Specialist, Master Data & Statistics

We are looking for an HR Administration Specialist, Master Data & Statistics. The position is a full time position and reports to the HR Services Manager within Global Business Services (GBS) at SCA Hygiene Products, Sweden, and will also work in close cooperation with Comp & Ben and HR as well as the SAP application team within IT.

The jobholder is responsible for and assure quality of the SAP HR Master Data and to support the organization with statistics and reports on regular base upon request or on own initiative. You will play an important role when it comes to making analyses. You will deliver specific professional HR services of consultative and advisory characteristics to our units in Sweden.
The position is located in Gothenburg.

MAIN TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
* Maintain employee information and secure that it meets the organization´s legal obligations and business needs.
* Be the key contact person for the Master Data & Statistics Reference group. Your responsibility is to provide input regarding needed changes, inefficiencies or other improvements.
* Analyze data and prepare reports/analysis from different applications/sources for management and HR, to meet legal obligations from external agencies and as a support for various
* HR/Comp & Ben processes.Ensure compliance and support with GBS quality standards, other SCA policies and guidelines.
* Be our contact person against towards authorities and external partners within area of expertise.

REQUIRED EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
* University degree in above related-areas and relevant qualified experience.
* Highly qualified within HR Master Data.
* Experience and knowledge of SAP module HR.
* General experience within HR including Compensation & Benefits and Labor Relations.
* Proficient with Microsoft Office applications. Advanced Excel skills required.
