Job description
Anocca is a rapidly growing biotechnology company, developing novel new treatments in cancer, for which we have raised approaching 1 billion SEK in private funding. We are currently around 70 employees from all around the world and expect to continue to expand.
We are looking for an ambitious and initiative-taking HR administrator to join our growing Operations team, reporting to the COO. This would be a great opportunity to develop with the company. We imagine that you have a few years’ experience from a growing young organisation and are looking for the next step to develop your career. If you're the right person, then you'll get an early opportunity to work with strategic organisational development and talent management alongside the leadership team as our company grows. Your experience doesn’t need to be from the life sciences industry.
Skills/qualifications
· Qualified and/or demonstrably experienced in HR administration
· Familiar with Swedish employment law
· Capable of working in both English and Swedish
Responsibilities
· Provides first-line HR support for employees and managers
· Coordinates and participates in performance review/development cycles and in recruitment (specification, adverts, interviews, candidate selection, onboarding)
· Contact point for external service providers (e.g., salary and pension administration) and for external bodies such as unions and government agencies
· Manages internal processes regarding personnel records
