As HR Administrator at Medius you will be working with HR tasks such as payroll- and benefits administration, administrating the on- & offboarding process and ensure employment law compliance for Medius in Europe. In this role you will work closely with other members of Medius Global HR team to combine global processes with local processes and guidelines.
What you will do
Maintain employee records, payroll and benefit administration
Administrate the on and off-boarding process
Ensuring company policies and regulations are compliant with local legislation
Create regular reports and presentations on HR metrics
Participate in HR projects
Qualifications/ Requirements
Independent and self-motivated
Interest in Compensation & Benefits
Versatile skillset and the ability to adapt to different situations
A good eye for details and a structured way of working to ensure administrative tasks correctness
Ability to search for information and proactively ensure compliance with policies, laws and legislations
Ability to work with tight deadlines and prioritize
Good knowledge of MS Office with an emphasis in Excel
Demonstrate professional communication skills in Swedish and English, both verbal and written
Previous years of experience from similar role within HR

The position is a full-time position based out of our office in Linköping. We offer a hybrid work split so remote work and office work in combination.
