What you´ll need to have:


Min. 2 years of experience in any HR related role
High level proficiency and interest in HR software/systems
(f.ex. Global View, SAP Success Factors, Talent for all, Talent Recruit etc.)
Skilled in MS Excel to work with huge set of data that feeds the systems
Ability to prepare and hold training sessions to our stakeholders
Take own initiative by seeking proactive solutions to problems
Ability to connect people and ideas in both tactical and operational perspective
Resilient, agile and service minded
Ability to communicate effectively in both written and verbal English
Previous experience of working in a matrix organization on a digitalization journey would of course be splendid!

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING DAY TO DAY
As an HR administrator, focused on HR systems, you are responsible to provide support and training to the P&C community in a responsive and high-quality manner with the following tasks:


Share your system knowledge and technical expertise to achieve amazing results together
Support our stakeholders with operational and technical guidance & training
Recommend, initiate, and manage system enhancements to drive performance improvement
Analyze data and system issues with connected system performance to improve efficiency
Act as a liaison between our Center of Expertise, the business and the P&C. community
Support with regular and Ad Hoc HR reports and requests
Review and improve internal ways of working and best practices
TOGETHER AS A TEAM
This role is a real superhero that will enable the Group Functions to focus on their core objectives, delivering to our People Strategy and business objectives, by providing HR administrative support in line with the Service Level Agreements.
This role will be located in Malmö, Sweden and report to the P&C Ops Delivery manager, Alexa Larsson.
