Key Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To
· Carry out all the administrative processes in the recruitment process, for example, prepare recruitment documents, organize recruitment timetables, draft, and place adverts.
· Be part of negotiation and maintain relations with unions.
· Identify training & development needs for business units and individual coaching needs. Handling training management.
· In charge of work permit visa management
· Support to build and update HR policies and process
· Carry out general administration tasks, for example, fika preparation, hosting guests, file doc, travel arrangement and booking tickets.
Requirements
· Bachelor’s/Master´s degree in HR, Business or Administration or equivalent work experience in Human Resources, Business Administration or related.
· Excellent communications skills in written and verbal communication with fluency in English
· High work ethic, multi-tasker, strong analytical ability and attention to details, critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
· Ability to work under high pressure and tight deadlines, excellent time management
· Ability to work well with others in a team environment, as well as independently
· Work with high level of integrity and confidentiality.
