About the role
In the role as a HR Administrator you will work with HR administrative tasks, mainly connected to the annual salary review process which means to handle a lot of data and information in excel and outlook. As a consultant you will be included in the P&C operations Total Rewards team.The position is hybrid and you will be required to be onsite in Malmö.
This recruitment process is a collaboration with Adecco. The role as HR Administrator is a consultant assignment with starting date 1 february 2023 and will proceed during a period of 3 months. The office is based in Malmö.
About you
You thrive in international environments with all connected incentives and challenges and have very good oral and written English skills. You have a high level of flexibility and are solution oriented. As a person you are responsible, well-structured, and you have an ability to organize and prioritize own workload. You have an eye for details and have strong collaboration skills. Project integrity, honesty and reliability in all interpersonal relations
We are looking for individuals with the below requirements:
• Desired knowledge, experience, competence, skills etc
• Excellent administration and coordination skills
• Excellent in excel and process a lot of data
• Excellent in English, both written and verbal
