Are you looking for an exciting HR position in an international and inspiring organization? Then you should apply to this position as HR Administrator at Business Sweden! This is a fantastic opportunity for a recent graduate or someone transitioning into HR.
As HR Administrator at Business Sweden, you will be the main person to drive the administrative support for the team. You will be working with operational work connected to the people and culture life cycle, where our onboarding and offboarding process will be an important part. This will include issuing employee contracts; certificates and you will support the HR team in different recruitment processes. In this position you will also answer questions from and support managers and employees at our offices worldwide.
As an HR Administrator you will report to the Head of HR and be part of the HR team. The team have a wide range of responsibilities, both strategic and operational, and consists of HR Business Partners, HR Operations and Compensations and benefits.
Job Description
We are strengthening HR in Stockholm with a HR Administrator to support our team and organization in areas of:
- Administration and archiving related to employment contracts, certificates, insurances and more
- Recruitment support
- Coordinating onboarding and offboarding
- Contributing to HR process improvements with focus on digitalization
- Higher degree within HR or equivalent discipline
- We believe you have a minimum of one year's relevant working experience, in HR or another similar context. For example, you may have experience of having worked part-time alongside your studies.
- A high level of working proficiency in both written and spoken English and Swedish.

You are motivated by the responsibility to drive your own processes in a strong collaboration with other team members and departments and thrive in an international and dynamic setting where no day is like the other. This is a temporary position for 12 months with the possibility of an extension.
