Are you the one who just loves the data aspect of human resources? If your bio on linkedin says that you are an analytical administrative superstar - this role might be the one for you! We are looking for our next pink HRcolleague who wants to dive into a broad variety of HR administrative tasks. You will be part of our dynamic Customer Success department (yes, we have a lot going on here) where a big focus is on managing our new HR-system, salary process for approx. 200 agents and handling day to day HR errands in our ticket system. WHAT YOU WILL (BUT NOT ONLY) DO
- Responsible for building, maintaining and supporting the managers and employees with functions in our HRM system Workday (absence reporting, employment agreements, promotions etc)
- Manage support queries from employees, managers and HR via our ticketing system
- Be the primary point of contact to our external payroll partner, providing them with monthly employee data and payroll reports for the department
- Monitor, review and optimize HR processes
WHO YOU ARE
- Structured - in this role you will have to juggle multiple tasks at the same time
- Priority skills - You can think strategically and prioritize what needs to be done and when
- Meticulous - Hopefully it comes naturally for you to make sure every task is handled correctly
- Analytically minded with ability to create and use data and see the bigger picture
QUALIFICATIONS
- University degree or other relevant educational background within HR or similar
- Approximately 1 year of experience of administrative HR tasks
- Administrative skills in HR system and excel
- Knowledge of Workdays Core HCM and Absence is a big plus
- Comfortable with both speaking and writing in English and Swedish
- Use critical thinking to create innovative solutions
- Ability to thrive in a fast paced, diverse and creative environment
