ENERCON Energy Converter AB is part of the global wind power group ENERCON. We are the Swedish service company that, through our 14 service stations out in the country together with our colleagues in Norway and Finland work to ensure that our customers' 650 wind turbines in the Nordic region never stand still. We work with a Nordic perspective and have around 200 employees in the Nordic region, most of them in Sweden. We are now hiring a HR Administrator with a focus on Global Mobility, placed at our Nordic headquarters in Malmö.

The HR team of ENERCON is responsible for providing an efficient and effective customer focused HR service that supports all aspects of a colleague’s relationship and engagement within ENERCON including recruitment, terms and conditions of employment, training and development activities and ensuring compliance with labour legislation and company policies. We are a close and committed HR team, of one HR manager, three HR Business Partners and two payroll specialists. All with different competence profiles and separate areas of responsibilities – although we all work in close collaboration aligned with the business strategy and vision of being a highly valued, competitive and attractive employer.
Role description
We are seeking a HR Administrator with passion for the HR domain and the ability to handle a spectrum of tasks, from administrative to communicative. You will play a pivotal role in supporting our HR team in driving and coordinating various projects and ensuring efficient administration. In this role, you will work in close cooperation with the HR team, employees and managers within the Nordic region as well as the regional organization of ENERCON. You will report directly to the HR Manager Nordics & Baltics, based in Malmö.
The HR Administrator will work collaboratively with the HR team to identify improvements to systems and processes that will enhance the delivery of the HR service provided to the business. In this role, you will actively participate and contribute within HR projects related to the HR processes, systems and programs.
Who are we looking for?
To succeed and thrive in this role, we believe that you are truly confident and passionate within the HR-area. Preferably, you have at least 2-3 years of relevant experience within similar roles, characterized by coordinating and assisting the HR team, preferable within an international environment. Moreover, we believe you to possess the following requirements:

Educational background; The PA program or equivalent education within Human Resources, or equivalent experience


Good knowledge of Office programs and HR systems, preferably SAP


Proficiency in both English and Swedish



Examples of responsibilities and duties:

Act as the first point of contact for HR queries (excluding pay-roll)


Allocate and manage inquiries from HR Nordics to the appropriate person


Draft employment contracts and update policies and the employee handbook


Handle Global Mobility topics, including expatriation and work visa applications


Manage A1 and SINK applications


Assist with payroll calculations and administrative tasks in SAP


Review organizational structure and participate in the recruitment process


Manage exit interviews and compile information


Administrative tasks such as medical certificates and filing


Coordinate internal communication to managers and employees


Participate in the onboarding process for new employees

Moreover, you have a sense for details, are trustworthy with integrity and focused on contributing with a process-and problem-oriented mindset.
