The role
As the Human Resources Support Officer (HRSO) you will be part of a professional HR team (15 people) and work closely together with the other HRSO´s (3 people) to support deployment of staff going to MSF programs. It is a service-oriented position and you work to ensure qualitative HR administration to fulfil MSFSE’s accountabilities as a responsible employer. Your main focus will be to ensure contracting and insurance coverage for a specific staff group related to non-Swedish residents, approx. 120-150 individuals over a year.
Main responsibilities
Developing and managing all administrative aspects related to non-Swedish residents, including but not limited to:
Preparing written briefing and de-briefing documents to inform about contracting details and insurance coverage
Preparing contracts and amendments of contracts
Registering staff on insurances and pension schemes
Preparing monthly payroll, reports and statistics
Ensuring administrative HR policies and processes are followed and actively works to identity new needs and developments based on these
We are looking for you with
Strong commitment to MSF principles and humanitarian values
Proven skills and competence in HR administration with a minimum of 2 years relevant working experience.
Previous experience of managing payroll for a mid-size organization (50 – 150 employees)
Fluency in written and spoken English and minimum B2 level in Swedish language
Demonstrable skills in attention to detail and accuracy
Solid and proven IT skills, ideally intermediate level Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.
As a person you have exceptional organizational skills and have the ability to prioritize and juggle a wide range of tasks in a reactive environment. You have excellent communications skills combined with a ‘can do’ attitude and is committed to understand the needs of others. As our work demands constant change, you are able to work in a dynamic and challenging environment.
It’s valuable if you have
Previous MSF experience and/or NGO experience
Previous experience of Visma payroll tool
Further education and/or academic qualification in Administration, or Human Resource Practices.

Employment terms and conditions
Type of contract: Fixed term contract
Contract duration: 12 months
Work hours: 37,5 hours/week is full time (possibility to use flex)
Salary: 29 044 SEK/month
Benefits: Pension, health insurance, life insurance, travel insurance, insurance for work related injuries, wellness contribution (2000 SEK/year)
Vacation: 27 days/year
Entry date: As soon as possible, no later than 1st of October 2021
Full compensation day 1-14 of sick leave
You need a valid work permit to work in Sweden.
