HR Advisor / Personalrådgivare / Specialist - Mullsjö

KA has app. 600 employees in Sweden, whereof app. 80% are located in Mullsjö at one of KA's most important global factories and or at our Global Tech Center. App. 20% is working at our production facility in Ljungsarp and our office in Gothenburg.
The Human Resources department for Sweden is located in Mullsjö and is supporting all three locations. Currently the HR department consists of Vice President HR, HR Manager, HR Support and Payroll Administration. To be able to increase the level of HR support to the whole organization we are looking for an experienced HR Advisor/HR Specialist/HR Business Partner.
Job profile
This multi-faceted position supports all aspects of Human Resources activities including, but not limited to, recruitment, new hire on-boarding, performance management, employee relations, maintain employee records, timekeeping and payroll processes, facilitation of training, and providing guidance to management in areas of employee disciplinary actions and terminations. This is a hands-on position that may also require general administrative assistance to management, including preparing monthly reporting metrics.
The incumbent must be a self-starter who is able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, dealing with ambiguity and changing priorities with ease. The role reports to the HR Manager Sweden.
Core Responsibilities
- Partner with remote VP HR and HR Manager to manage all day-to-day aspects of the human resources function
- Responsible for rehabilitation process
- Provide trainings and contribute to developing our employees
- Provide strong partnership with management and HR management regarding employee relations issues, employee discipline and termination
- Work with HR management to create, implement, and monitor adherence to all employee policies and procedures
- Identify process improvements, research solutions and present recommendations to HR management
- Maintain HRIS system (Workday) and accurate filing system
- Maintain timekeeping system (Tidomat) and assist in payroll administration process (Hogia)
- Prepare monthly reports for plant level and corporate level reporting
- Participate in (global) projects regarding talent management, recruitment, HR systems, etc.
- Participates on the safety committee; owns and pushes safety metrics in conjunction with HSE designated leader
Candidate profile
- Bachelor or Master level degree in Human Resources Management, Organizational Development, or related field
- Minimum 3-5 experience in a fast-paced HR Generalist role, ideally within a manufacturing/industrial setting
- Experience with absence and rehabilitations processes
- Experience with talent management (training and development)
- Display a constructive attitude - see the opportunity within the challenge
- Prior HRIS/Payroll Processing experience required. Hogia experience is a plus
- Effective communication skills -must be comfortable communicating with all levels within the organization
- Dynamic presentation skills are preferred
- Good command of English, both verbal and written, beside Swedish
- Self-motivated with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
