We are now looking for a service minded HR professional who enjoys working in a support function for a temporary role from now until end of March 2022.

You will join the upbeat and diverse HR department as a People Adviors in our HR Service Desk, the MyHR Advisory Team, located in both Södertälje and Gothenburg. A team that values phenomenal service and loves working in a fast-paced environment. The department People Services Sweden is part of the global AstraZeneca HR function, responsible for a successful and efficient HR service delivery.

The role can be based in Gothenburg or Södertälje.

The role

As HR Advisor you will be the first point of contact for managers and employees in Sweden regarding HR queries. To reach solution you will collaborate with all areas of HR (HRBP´s, specialist groups and HR generalists) You will give advice and direction through phone, e-mail and chat to our employees, handled in a ticket tool system. It will include collaboration with internal and external parties to ensure effective and up to date HR service delivery according to our HR operating model.

You will respond to questions within all HR areas such as governance, labor law, agreements, recruitment and policies. Examples of questions could be about maternity leave, holidays and salary payments. We are also responsible for issuing employee certificate and references. You workday will most likely be very diversified, and we hope you appreciate working in an intensive and changing working environment.

This role offers you a superb opportunity to get broad experience within the HR and Payroll area and you will every day interact with all teams within HR.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

You will support managers and employees to work within the HR service delivery model and encourage their use of self-service functionality.

You will be accountable for:

* Resolving HR queries and issues for managers and employees
* Resolve HR queries and issues in respect of Payroll and Time & Attendance
* Ensuring the delivered support is of excellent quality and in accordance with written procedures, current legal requirements and internal standards
* Prioritizing workload to achieve personal and work unit targets
* Continuously improve ways of working to develop and simplify processes and systems

Essential Requirements

* Experience of working within HR, payroll and time
* Knowledge in Sweden Labor Law
* Experience of working in a customer service and technology driven environment
* Excellent communication skills required to manage a multitude of customers i.e managers, employees, inhouse skill centers and off shore center
* Proficient in Swedish and English - spoken and written

Desirable Requirements

* It is a merit to have knowledge in AstraZeneca HR processes and the HR system - Workday.
* Experience of ServiceNow
