Alstom, the global leader in smart and sustainable mobility is looking for an HR Advisor to be based in Stockholm.
What will you do?
You will be part of a team where laughter and fun are part of every workday. As an HR Advisor, you will play an important role in ensuring the sustainability of accuracy of data, while develop and use metrics to measure HR performances.
You will support on all HR related issues, policies, and processes. You will work closely with the local HR to deliver day to day operational support, in HR processes related to training, L&D, recruitment, onboarding etc. You will support managers by providing proactive, valued-added input related to their business needs. You will reponsible for managing some HR projects, as well as being part of project teams.
The possibility to take part in other Ad hoc HR project and to develop and optimize the current processes may occur. Your main tool of work will be ALPS/ SuccesFactors and Microsoft Office. We are an international team and collaboration within our offices in Sweden and accross the Nordics will be part of the daily tasks.
This is a 1-year fixed contract with the possibility to become a permanent contract for the right candidate.
Who are you?
You are motivated, determined, and have great analytical skills. You have a natural way of combining interpersonal skills with time management and planning to successfully coordinate HR processes.
BSc in Human Resources or equivalence of relevant work experience

Problem solving enthusiast
Must be fluent in English and/or Swedish/Norwegian/Danish
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office
Knowledge of SuccesFactors is an added value
