HR Advisor - Hourly employee (Student)
Are you an HR student and want to combine your studies with professional HR work? We are now looking for students who want to be a part of Saab's People Support team on an hourly basis.
Your role
People Support strives to add value and to create a positive people experience and continuous improvements.
As HR Advisor at People Support, you will:
* Be a part of our support team and answer questions from HR, Managers and Employees regarding all people processes by phone, case & chat.
* Execute and deliver administrative services, documentation and agreements according to laws and regulations within the Human Resources area.

Your profile
To be successful in this role you are a talented HR-student with ongoing studies on your first or second year in a HR-related programme, who enjoy helping others. You are a quick learner, maintain composure under pressure and you have the ability to prioritize effectively. We believe that you have an exceptional service mindset and use good business judgement and common sense when making decisions.
It is important to us that you have an accepting attitude towards people regardless of whom you meet. Respect and dignity should be keywords to you at all times.
You have excellent communication skills in Swedish and in English, both verbal and written.
This position requires that you pass a security vetting based on the current regulations around/of security protection. For positions requiring security clearance additional obligations on citizenship may apply.
What you will be a part of
People Support is a part of People Operations within Group Human Resources. People Operations is overall responsible for deliverables and operational excellence within the areas; HR Information Systems, HR/People information and People Advisory Support as well as workflows related to Personnel Administration.
People Operations is a driver of the digital transformation within the People area and partners with the line organization to add value, create a positive people experience and continuous improvements within areas of scope.
