About the Unit
Region Europe HR within Yara is going through a transformation, where the aim is to provide the organization with professional, effective and reliable HR service. We are organized in four units: Organizational Development, Regional Operations, HR Business Partners and Plant / EBS HR. The Regional Operations team is further divided into four sub teams: People Service, Performance & Development, People Resourcing and Operational Compensation & Benefits.
The HR Advisor will be part of the virtual People Resourcing Team that has the responsibility for all processes including recruitment, onboarding, employer brand management, separation management, employee retention management and workforce management. The team will ensure that we provide professional support to the organization and that we are continuously looking for improvements within the processes, using analytics to analyze improvement potential and to adapt market trends that will enhance our processes.
The HR Advisor will report to Team Manager for People Resourcing and will be located in Malmö.
Main responsibilities
· Manage the recruitment process from end-to-end, mainly for cases in Sweden but also for other locations depending on language skills
· Deliver a positive, transparent and consistent candidate experience
· Support and enable the manager in recruitment and onboarding process
· Coordinate and support on the onboarding process
· Run and analyze surveys for recruitment, onboarding and retention to ensure effective measures for further improving our processes
· Support with employer branding initiatives
· Support managers and relevant stakeholders with separation processes
Profile
Relevant degree (Human Resources, Organization Psychology etc.)
Minimum 3 years’ experience in HR, preferably within recruitment
Good understanding of the recruitment, onboarding and separation processes
Strong interviewing skills
Excellent communication skills
Strong relationship building skills
Good problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
Experience working with HR IT systems, SuccessFactors an advantage
Fluent in English and Swedish, additional languages such as Italian, Spanish, German an advantage
