The arena
HR Service Desk in Södertälje is the first point of contact for managers and employees in Sweden regarding their HR queries. The HR Service Desk is part of HR People Services Sweden which also consist of Data Management, Time and Payroll.

The HR Service Desk respond to questions within all HR areas such as governance, labour law, agreements and policies. Examples of questions could be about maternity leave, holidays and salary payments.

In this role you will get broad experience within the HR and Payroll area and will interact with all teams within HR.

We are a team of 6 HR Advisors that values great service and enjoys working in a fast paced environment. We are looking for you that enjoy working in a support function.

The role
In this role you will handle operational advice and guidance through phone and e-mail, handled in a ticket tool system. It will include collaboration with internal and external parties to ensure effective and up to date HR service delivery.

You will support managers and employees to work within the HR service delivery model and encourage their use of self-service functionality.

You will be accountable for:
Resolve tier 1 HR queries and issues
Maintain employee files and archive
Ensure the delivered support is of excellent quality and in accordance with written procedures, current legal requirements and internal standards
Prioritise workload to achieve personal and work unit targets
Continuously improve ways of working to develop and simplify processes and systems
This position is located in Södertälje, Sweden. It is a temporary (appr 11 months) full-time position, working hours 8-16:50.

Minimum experience
Knowledge in one or more areas of expertise - general HR or payroll
Knowledge in Sweden Labour Law
Experience working in a customer service and technology driven environment
Fluent in Swedish and English - spoken and written
Preferred experience/requirements
