Dellner is the global leader in Train Connection Systems and service all the major car builders as well as operators around the globe. The head office is located in Vika Falun, Sweden. Dellner has manufacturing units in Poland, UK and sales and service organizations in 12 countries. Group turnover of 80 MEUR and approximately 400 employees.
We are looking for a HR and Communication manager supporting our managers and employees in Vika.
The main purpose of the role is to transform our global HR strategy to concrete and hands on action plans in order to provide professional personnel support services. You manage your own budget and report to the Global HR and Communication manager. You will also be an important key player in our global HR team.
Your responsibility
Develop and maintain all necessary personnel planning, recruitment and selection procedures to ensure the company has staff of the right caliber to enable us to meet our corporate objectives.
Encourage and maintain sound employee relations by undertaking all necessary consultation and negotiation with employee representatives and by ensuring effective communication of company policies. Recommend and implement policies and structures for Health services, wellness and benefits. Participate and support at risk assessments and coordinate negotiations with the Unions.
Maintain an awareness of the requirements of employment legalization to ensure that the company complies with all legal requirements and to require sound advice to management.
Develop and maintain remuneration strategy and appropriate terms and conditions for employment to ensure that the company is able to attract, retain and motivate staff.
Strengthen our employer brand. Contact person for schools, networks and students. Participate at job fairs and coordinate internships and projects.
Secure that employees are well informed about the company business, organization and procedures. Coordinate process for employee surveys and internal communication.
Develop quality in the starter/leaver process and internal transfers. Includes, contracts, secure correct data to payroll, prepare introduction and training plans, onboarding, outplacement and mentoring. Responsible for exit interviews. Update of HR and payroll systems and organization charts. Develop and maintain HR system.
The successful candidate will have the following profile
Job experience:
- Minimum of 3 years education within the area of responsibility.
- Minimum 3 years of generalist experience within HR.
- High skills in English, both verbally and in writing.
Personal skills:
- Analytical and well organized, with the drive and energy to make things happen.
- Strong negotiation and leadership skills.
- Shows diplomacy and discretion, is a good listener.
- Communicates effectively, both verbally and in writing.
- Team orientated with good interpersonal skills.
- Highly motivated for the job and with an open attitude.
