You have regular contact with our union representatives – building trusting relationships and open up for constructive discussions. In this role you are a member of the unit management team.
The other part of the role, acting as a Competence Development Manager, is about strengthening our offer to our employees and ensure alignment with current and future business needs. It’s getting things done but also acting on a tactical and strategic level. You develop, design and deliver – and to some extent administer – our people development programs around competence management, leadership development and career development.

It’s an advantage If you have experience from HR in the manufacturing industry, as well as experience form leading negotiations with local unions. We act locally yet in a global environment – so this calls for excellent Swedish and English skills, both verbally and in writing.
As a person, you’re driven and solution oriented and are not afraid to get your hands dirty. With a structured way of working, you’re able to see both the details and the big picture.
