About the role 
As a HR and payroll administrator with accounting experience at Ascelia, you will work together with the finance team and report to the Chief Financial Officer. You prepare and report the correct financial statements for Ascelia at given deadlines.

Main tasks 
   - Payroll management
- HR work and advice
- Maintain monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements together with the finance
department
- Ongoing accounting in Fortnox
   - Management of taxes and fees
   - External reporting - for example to SCB.
   - Follow-up against Budget and forecast
   - Project reporting
   - Serv the auditors in connection with audit
   - Account reconciliations
   - Other HR work / reporting information

Who are you? 
As a person, you are a team player whose positivity, flexible attitude and good sense of service contribute to a pleasant atmosphere in the workplace. You have the ability to think critically and question while being driven and happy to take your own initiatives for improvement. As the role is broad in terms of tasks, it is important that you are thorough and structured. You have a track record of minimum 2 years in qualified HR & payroll work and minimum a post-secondary education

Other information  
Travelling: limited travelling will be required.  
Work location: Preferably able to work primarily from the head office with the possibility to work at home; other locations considered depending on the candidate.  
Domicile: Hyllie Boulevard, 215 32 Malmö, Sweden  
Only candidates with work permit in Sweden will be considered.
