BioLamina in Sundbyberg is a Swedish biotech company with global clients within research, biotech, and pharma. We are a growing team of more than 50 people working within production, R&D, quality, sales marketing, and customer service. BioLamina produces and develops premium laminins, which are proteins used in e.g., cell therapy production research. The company has a certified Quality Management System according to ISO 9001:2015. We're looking for a HR and Payroll Coordinator who will help us shape our team to drive the company to the next level. As a member of our People Management team, you'll be part of a lean, fast-paced, and driven HR function. We're scaling rapidly and working closely with the business to ensure that we develop and retain the people we need to remain at the forefront.
Responsibilities:
As HR &Payroll Coordinator you will be responsible for the payroll process and work widely and broad over the HR-field in accordance with the HR cycle. Other responsibilities include:
· Recruitment Administration, ensuring an excellent candidate experience throughout to ensure successful talent attraction system and retention.
· Support managers on personnel related issues, procedures, guidelines, and labor law.
· Support employees with general pay and HR policy queries.
The HR &Payroll Coordinator will report directly to the Head of People, who is a member of the BioLamina management team.
Location: BioLamina head quarter in Sundbyberg- with good communications through public transportation (SL), e.g., through subway, light railway, bus, and commuter trains. There are also indoor parking opportunities available (tax benefit).
Terms of employment: the position is a full-time, open-ended, employment.
Start date: 1st of October or after mutual agreement.
Minimum Requirements/Qualifications
· 3 – 5 years’ experience within HR and Payroll administration.
· Experience of working with FLEX applications HRM, Time, Travel, and outsourced payroll system.
· Understanding of Swedish employment legislation
· Sufficiency in the Microsoft Office package i.e., Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint, and other database systems for data related to people management
· Confident communicator with ability to cope with a fast paced and fast changing environment.
· Fluent in Swedish and English
