We are looking for a pro-active and flexible individual who will work as HR-assistant/Administrator.The position is full time employment and for a period of 5-6 months.Job description: - Assist office manager, finance and HR with the daily work - Managing travel expenses and entering them in the accounting system - Administrate local HR issues - Taking care of usual office tasks such as answer the phone, handle mail, order office stationary etc - Update various registers Qualifications: Very good writing and speaking skills in Swedish and English.Excel-experience is required.Basic knowledge in book-keeping will be a distinct advantage.We need a person that is service minded and is not afraid of taking own initiative and is able to work independently in support of a small office team.It is important that you are accurate and like working both with people and data.Experience from working with similar tasks is appreciated.Salary: According to the agreement.Start: As soon as possible.
