We are looking for a motivated, organized, and driven HR-Assistant to join our HR Team in Stockholm who wants to be part of an innovative and passionate company. This is the perfect role for you who wants to work and develop within payroll, compensation & benefits, and HR operations.
Your future role
As a HR Assistant at Blueair you will be working closely with the rest of the HR team and supporting them in various projects and tasks. One day you will be helping out with headcount consolidations and the other day you might be onboarding a new co-worker. In this role you will be the superuser of our HRM system as well as you will work with administration for compensations and benefits. Together with our Payroll Manager you will prepare and support with monthly salary and other payroll administration. Furthermore, as a HR Assistant you will communicate and operate as the link between Blueair and Unilever.
General HR administrative support
Prepare presentations on salary benchmarks
Act as primary contact for On- & Offboarding
Create HR related reports – headcount consolidations and statistical material
Who You Are
To thrive in the position as HR Assistant we believe you are a people’s person, analytical and flexible. Since you will be working with various tasks and responsibilities you are good at prioritizing and a problem-solver. You like to work in a high paced, dynamic environment and have excellent communication skills to easily build relationships with your co-workers. You have a passion for people, statistics, processes and want to grow within compensation and benefits. In addition, we believe you are a PowerPoint and Excel wizard who loves administration and to drive questions within your field.
1-2 years previous experience within payroll administration
HRM system superuser experience – preferably from SuccessFactors or other SAP system
Knowledge and experience in Swedish taxes
Change management experience
Fluent in English – spoken and written
Experience from working in a global environment
