Are you an HR student who wants to combine your studies with professional HR work? We are now looking for a student who want to be a part of Fingerprints HR team in Sweden on an hourly basis.

This is an opportunity for you to get HR experience in an international company where smart, brave, open and united are key values. You will get a chance to explore and broaden your understanding of how it is to work within HR and work together with a skilled, warm and friendly HR team.

About the role

As a HR Assistant at Fingerprints you will be working closely with our HR team in Sweden and with local HR representatives globally. You will work with a variety of different HR tasks within: HR Administration, Work environment & Wellbeing, Recruitment, HR reports, Employer Branding, Onboarding and Ad-hoc projects.

The role will be hourly based, and the number of working hours per week can differ from time to time. Your study is of course your main priority and therefore we offer a part time position.

Who you are

We are looking for a driven HR-student with ongoing studies on your first or second year in a HR-related programme.

Our HR team at Fingerprints

Our team in Sweden is located in Gothenburg and we are working in a fast-paced international environment, supporting managers and employees globally.

We are the first point of contact for all HR related matters, run the daily HR operations and work closely together with our local representatives. We work as HR partners with the line organization and our aim is to add value to the organization, create a positive experience for our employees and manager and continue to improve and develop within our areas.
