About the position
We are looking for an HR-assistant for our client, an independent and important agency of the European Union. You will support the Learning & Development team of the Human Resources Section. The position is based at the client’s office just north of Stockholm.
Your daily tasks
We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented HR Assistant to join our client's Learning and Development (L&D) team. In this role, you will support various aspects of the L&D function, ensuring smooth delivery and administration of training programs and development initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Training Coordination: Assist in the planning, design, contracting, organization, and evaluation of training interventions. Provide or coordinate logistical support to trainers and events, and manage communication with contractors and third parties, such as providers and trainers.
L&D Process Implementation: Implement Learning and Development processes, review learning applications, and prepare statements of expenses. Extract and analyze L&D reports as needed.
Staff Engagement: Communicate with staff regarding L&D matters, respond to queries, and provide advice on training opportunities. Monitor the L&D inbox and ensure timely responses to internal customers.
HR System Management: Utilize the HR IT system, Allegro, to manage L&D processes. Input data accurately and extract necessary reports.
Content Curation: Contribute to the internal L&D newsletter, including curating relevant content.
Project Support: Support various projects in the learning area, such as skills gap analysis and the development of e-learning solutions.
Trainee Program Administration: Support the recruitment of trainees and the administration of the trainee program.

Qualifications:
IT-literacy, ability to collect and extract data using the learning management system
Knowledge of MS Office
Basic knowledge of the training area
Excellent command of English, spoken and written

Meritorious
Previous work experience in a multicultural environment

Contract type and hours
Full-time consulting assignment until 2024-12-31. Start as soon as possible.
