At Antaros Medical, we are pioneering imaging methodologies, such as Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) and Positron Emission Tomography (PET), to design and deliver clinical studies for decision making and differentiation in drug development. We are specialised in cardiometabolic diseases (including NAFLD/NASH and chronic kidney disease) and oncology. We have established ourselves as a strategic development partner to the pharmaceutical industry, where we combine ground-breaking imaging with profound experience in drug development and a deep knowledge in disease mechanisms. Our projects cover clinical trials in all stages of drug development, and we work both with small biotech companies as well as global big pharma companies. We have currently around 60 employees working at our offices in Mölndal and Uppsala, and recently we opened a subsidiary in US.

To further strengthen this perspective, we are now looking for a skilled HR Assistant that will support our Director, HR with our recruitment processes and the coordination of our HR processes.
Main responsibilities:
- Support our recruitment process
- Provide general administrative support and assistance to various HR processes
- Coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding
- Coordinate relocation and migration processes
- Manage HR documentation, policies and administration
- Manage our recruitment system
- Support our work environment processes
- Coordinate engagement activities
Skills and education
We believe that you are a driven, curious, and service minded person. To thrive in this role, it is important that you have strong administrative skills as well as an analytical and proactive mindset. You will be working in a broad HR setting, which requires a structured mindset as well as an understanding of the bigger picture. Further, we believe that you have strong communication skills, and enjoy producing results by collaborating with others.
Requirements:
- An academic degree in HR or similar
- 1-2 years HR/and or Recruitment experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Swedish and English
