As Verisiure's ambitious HR team, consisting of several HR Business Partners and HR Administrators is expanding, we are now looking for a curious, thorough, and driven HR Assistant that would love to join the team at the Technology Center in Malmö.

ARBETSUPPGIFTER
You will get a broad and exciting HR Assistant role where your role will be combined with both executive assistant and HR-administrator duties. Your tasks, among others, include:


* Support the HR Director for Nordics and HR Director for Group Functions Sweden with administrative support ranging from calendar management, travel booking, expense reporting, planning, and coordinating meetings and arranging team events
* Coordinate onboarding program for new employees
* Provide support on common issues related to HR
* Support with communication on intranet and newsletters
* General support to the HR team


VI SÖKER DIG SOM
- A bachelor’s degree in human resources, Economics, or experience from similar role
- Fluency in English & Swedish
- Structured problem solver with interest for HR.

To be successful it is an advantage if you have been working during your studies or if you have any prior experience from administration and service or HR administration, and even more so in the technology industry.
