This is a great opportunity for you, who studies HR and who wants to work besides your studies. In this role you will get the opportunity to gain valuable knowledge within recruitment, but also to broaden your experience within other HR-related areas.
About your role and the team
In your role as a HR-assistant with recruitment focus, you will be included in the HR-team at Solna office in Stockholm, as well as on a global level. You will be working independently, but closely to your colleagues in the HR-team. You will have a crucial role in our recruitment processes help coordinating and support managers through the whole process. You will gain an understanding of the entire recruitment process as you will be a part of every step, from writing ads to holding interviews and handle all the administrative tasks in between. You will be recruiting people from all over the world to the office in Stockholm which gives you a great opportunity to expand your network. Starting with this focus, you will also have a chance to broaden your experience within the HR area, such as working with various HR administration, employer branding, on boarding, benefits, the culture and happenings within our Solna office. We will help you grow within the HR area!
Tasks
• Working with the whole recruitment process from start up, advertisement, contact with different vendors, interviewing, feedback to candidates, follow up e.g.
• Supporting managers throughout the whole recruitment process
• Supporting the HR team with various administrative tasks, such as help coordinating our on boarding process, taking care of newcomers, 6 months follow up interviews, preparing PowerPoints
• Contribute to the Solna site life when it comes to planning and preparing breakfasts, after works and other happenings, focusing on building our company culture
We are looking for you who are
• Studying Human Resources with at least 1 year left of your studies
• Have experience in service and/or from administration
• Fluent in Swedish and English, since you will be using both languages daily
It’s a major plus if you have some experience from working with recruitment
As a person you are:
• Independent and likes to take initiatives
• Structured, but also able to work in an ever changing environment
• Flexible and willing to dig in wherever you are needed
• Responsible
• Keen on building relationships
Other information
• Start date: as soon as possible
• Extent: part time employment, approximately 2-3 days a week, depending on the business need. Hopefully you will be able to work full time some weeks during the summer vacation period. We have hopes to be able to extend this assignment in to a full time role as you graduate.
• Location: you will be located in our Solna office, close to Mall of Scandinavia. The position requires on site work.
