Our goal is to teach you to master the relocation and onboarding process for top software engineers from all around the world for projects in the best tech companies in Stockholm, such as Spotify, MOJANG and Paradox Interactive. About us
As HR assistant within the Hyper One group you will be part of our team of HR experts supporting our software development consultancy 0+X with a team of 55 experts in areas such as C++ game development, Big data, Mobile and Full-stack development.
0+X has been growing fast as an organisation and our plan is to expand our team of brilliant developers further. To help us achieve that we would like to expand our HR team as well.
We provide a unique full-service relocation process, from work permits to apartments, as we bring both individuals as well as whole families from across the world in a real life-changing experience. We make a real impact on people's lives, which is one of the many things that we love about doing what we do!


Position description
As a HR assistant you will have the opportunity to learn the whole relocation and onboarding process as well as other responsibilities within the HR area (such as organizing events, finding housing for our consultants and helping our consultants with bigger and smaller things). As you grow you will be developing your own approach for every stage of the process and handle the process independently.

In order to be successful, you should:
Have great organisational skills and be good with the details in your work.
Have social skills and be communicative.
Enjoy solving challenges on the go, being creative with solutions of all the different situations that can come up during the process.



Qualifications
Bsc degree or equivalent, or a finishing year HR student.
Excellent oral and written fluency in Swedish and English.
Personality that thrives in a dynamic team environment.
