Assignment Description:
We are looking for a HR BA Consultant who is experienced in working as an HR BA Consultant in global organizations with high pace of change.

What you'll do:
● Set objectives and prioritize work appropriately and have strong influencing skills and can inspire people to work towards joint objectives.
● Translate the company overall strategy and objectives into sharp people plans and deliver on them.
● Work with the functions’ Strategic Competencies, Organisation Design and workforce planning to ensure they build an organisation that is fit for the future.
● Review job descriptions, understand the requirements and prepare interview questions that reflect requirements, and accordingly execute a search plan for identifying potential candidates to fit the requirements.
● Focus on identifying, attracting, and engaging with a high-caliber technical talent to build an evergreen pipeline.
Who you are:
● Experience with HR systems adapted for large companies such as Success factors or W workday is meritorious.
● Have a proven experience in full cycle recruitment activities including but not limited to; sourcing, qualifying technical candidates, networking, assessing candidates and salary trends, and relationship management.
● Ability to maintain accurate and well-organized documentation on all candidates, searches, hiring interactions, and other administrative recruitment activities.
● Excited by a creative and dynamic work environment, with proven ability to prioritize concurrent responsibilities.
● Outstanding stakeholder and candidate management skills, to ensure a positive candidate experience and a streamlined approach to our hiring process.
