HR Benefits Analyst

With this position we offer
This is a great opportunity for you who has some experience with benefits administration to be part of our Global Total Rewards team to standardize and systematize our Benefit administration across EMEA. You will support the EMEA Benefits team in the coordination of our offerings and provide guidance to employees in this region. You will support the day-to-day administration of employee benefit programs including, but not limited to pensions, health and wellness benefits, life and accident insurance, and perquisite programs. Additionally, you will work closely with our colleagues in the US and APAC region.
The Benefits team is part of Nasdaqs People team. As a Nasdaq employee you will have access to learning development opportunities, be eligible to our corporate incentive programs and be based in our Stockholm office fully equipped with our own gym.
You role and responsibilities
You will primarily be supporting the Nordics, but also with our benefit programs across the region. Additionally, you will:
Help to identify opportunities to streamline internal processes and procedures.
Prepare reports and manage benefit related data. Administration in regards to invoices for payment
and benefit renewal
Provide input on program change recommendations and assists in the implementation of new programs, including cost-benefit analysis.
Assist with the annual enrollment process including vendor coordination, systems testing, and communication dissemination.
Respond to and manage the resolution of escalated benefits questions from team members and employees
Maintain a working knowledge of laws and regulations with application to Nasdaqs programs while helping to ensure legal compliance.
We expect you to have
Ideally approximately 1 2 years of experience in an administrative or coordinating role, ideally within pensions and benefits.
A degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Organizational Management or equivalent experience in a related field
Experience working with accounting or data reporting and is comfortable with financial/cost analysis.
Excellent communication skills in Swedish and English both written and spoken Excellent attention to detail
The ability to handle high volume and adapt in a high pressure environment
