To contribute to Scania continuing to be the market leader in this transformation, Mobility Solutions was created, consisting of Scania’s Autonomous Solutions team and LOTS Group.

In addition to these advancing business areas, and focusing on exploration of future business models within the ecosystem of transport, Mobility Solutions are creating Future Business Models.

The position

The People & Culture function in Mobility Solutions is supporting the business area with strategic HR, as well as securing well-functioning operational HR.

The main responsibility of the HR BP is to, together with the Head People Business Partner, drive and develop a strategic and operative people & culture perspective, as well as functioning as an interface between the business and the operational HR, which contributes to the achievement of business objectives.

As this is a role in a fairly new business area, the work will evolve over time, so changeability is an important personal trait. Consequently, this is not your ordinary HR job. You will enjoy a great deal of freedom to deliver and a unique opportunity to influence the future of Scania. You bring a strong business perspective and holistic mindset to develop the People & Culture agenda in both Sweden and our global sites, together with brilliant colleagues.

Main assignments are, together with the People business partner to:


• Continuously work with the development of needed culture and prerequisites
• Develop and maintain “small company support” for the initiatives being explored in the Future Business area
• Support M&A activities
• Support the talent process, especially important for the initiatives within Future Business Models
• Participate in strategic People & Culture work 
• Continuously develop the People & Culture support
• Act as the interface between the management team(s) and the operational HR work, with the aim of securing well-functioning support to managers
• Participating in the development of the global P&C function

Required skills:


• Academic degree, preferably in the field of HR, or equivalent knowledge
• A few years of experience within the HR area, preferably from an organization in a development phase or a start-up 
• Excellent communication skills
• Proficiency in English, both oral and written, Swedish is not required
• Good ability to work in a consultative and collaborative manner
• Ability to work independently within the framework of the Scania purpose, values, and corporate guidelines

The position reports to Head People Business Partner Mobility Solutions. At Mobility Solutions, we adopt flexible work in Södertälje, Stockholm, and remote.
