Within the HR function in VBSN, the 3-4 HR Business Partners work closely with the management teams and managers towards these strategic ambitions.Each Business Partner is part of a management team of a service area within VBSN, while reporting to the Manager HR & Communications.In addition, each Business Partner act as process owner for one or more HR processes. Our HR Business Partner for VBSN IT will leave VBSN for a position outside Vattenfall in June this year.We are therefore looking for her successor.The service area VBSN IT comprises around 210 employees with specialist and project management competencies within the whole IT value chain, from strategy and planning to applications maintenance.VBSN IT Services is presently in an intensive period of developing its business and organization in line with the agreed business targets, in the Nordic region, and on Group level.The HR Business Partner plays an important role in making this change happen, and succeed.The position is located in Råcksta. Responsibilities As HR Business Partner within VBSN, you will have the following main responsibilities: . Drive the HR strategic areas, such as competence planning and development, staffing, organizational development, culture change, health and work environment and remuneration, in VBSN IT Services.. Support the managers, primarily within IT Services, in their leadership, both on an individual and on a team level . Take ownership for the Competence Planning process within VBSN - leading your fellow Business Partners in the process and taking an active role in presenting the overall VBSN findings . Participate in the overall management of other HR processes within VBSN . Be the ordering function for HR shared services (payroll, recruitment, health & work environment, training, master data and Hr Direkt) for your service area.Qualifications - Relevant academic training - Highly competent in HR, either from a specialist or previous business partner role - Experience from line management is a merit - Knowledge in SAP HR is a merit - Fluency in English and Swedish.Knowledge in Finnish, Danish and/or German is a merit.We are looking for an individual with .Focus on people and performance .
