Your role

A professional and business oriented HR-work is essential to be able to attract, recruit and develop the right talents for present and future challenges. Business is done between people, and we are looking for a HR Business Partner that can take the strategic perspective, go from words to action and make our People vision a sustainable reality!

You will work as an HR Business Partner for one of our Business Units, supporting our managers in our people processes - attract and development, leadership and culture, workforce planning, performance management, talent management, health and safety, union negotiations, salary review etc. In close cooperation with the business, you are a key person in taking our People strategy from words to action!



Your profile

Your driving forces are to develop organizations, managers and personnel in order to strengthen our capabilities and create results. You have the courage and ability to initiate and drive change. You have energy and endurance and are a team-player with both good judgement and maturity. With curiosity and lack of prestige you find it easy to cooperate, but are also used to work independently. You are communicative and have experience from coaching managers in their staff responsibilities.

You have a relevant academic educational background and experience from other positions within HR, or similar fields. You understand the value of people analytics for an organization and want to be a part of our ongoing work to fully embrace a data-driven approach to strategic people management. You also have sufficient knowledge of Swedish Labor Law for this role.

Above all, you are curious and eager to continue to develop and find Saab as your employer of choice where you can make a difference in the future of work. You have a track record of continuous development, and enjoy working close to the business. You are passionate about HR and people development.

You have excellent knowledge in Swedish and English, and are a good communicator both verbally and in writing.

You will be a part of a highly committed HR-team, reporting to the BA Head of HR, and a member of the Saab global HR Community. At the same time, you will be a vital member in the business management teams you support.

We are a geographically dispersed organization, travelling is part of the job and driving license necessary. Some international travel may also be required.
