HR Business Partner

We are looking for a junior HR Business Partner that wants to join our journey!

This will be a great opportunity for a more junior HR professional who wants to develop into a generalist/HR business partner role in the future. You will join a small team, who help each other and do everything in the field of HR. The two main focuses for this role are recruitment and HR-systems/analytics but you will also have other projects and tasks (for example employer branding, on-boarding and employee engagement). This role is a temporary role covering for a colleague on parental leave. You will be based in Helsingborg and work as a HR Business Partner for Europe, Middle East and Africa (roughly 500 colleagues).

To qualify for the position, you have a bachelor's degree in Human Resources or equivalent. You have at least 2 years' experience from a similar role or tasks, specially from recruitment and if you have previous experience from HR systems/analytics that will be considered an advantage. We prefer if you are certified in some assessment tool for recruitment, but it is not a requirement. It is important you are fluent in both Swedish and English.
