The wind power industry is growing and we need to strengthen our team in Malmö with an HR-Business Partner. We work in an international context with English as a business language and are now looking for you who want to develop with us in an industry that is investing in the future
Tasks:
* Cross-national support (Sweden and Denmark) jointly with the Shared Service Centre and various Centres of Competence
* Support for management in the development, design and implementation of the business strategy in the segments and the company as well as translating essential requirements for CoC and group HR services deriving from this
* Collaboration with Business for the development of a people agenda focusing on the optimal interlinking of human resources and company performance
* Management consulting and coaching regarding strategic, complex and operational personnel matters and solutions based on the HR agenda
* Support and supervision of the approach for a superordinate talent strategy, competence development, succession management, personnel planning and resourcing of the corresponding segment
* Identification and management of HR and organisational topics jointly with managers
* Management of the relationship with the co-determination body and other stakeholders within the framework of employer and employee negotiations
* Support for the group-wide implementation of harmonised standards
Profile:
* University graduate in the field of economic or social sciences
* Extensive HR expertise through several years of work experience in human resources
* Ability to translate the business requirements into an HR strategy and to derive core HR priorities and functional requirements that permit HR to strategically support the operational business processes
* Experience in the development and administration of organisational and personnel changes (change management) including personnel selection, development and succession management
* Team player with intercultural skills and the ability to maintain corresponding networks effectively within and beyond the own functional and business area on an international level, including contacts in higher, connected and cross-company hierarchy levels and in other company departments
* Experience in successful collaboration with co-determination bodies as well as in-depth knowledge of local labour, social and collective bargaining laws and their implementation in the company
* Strong analytical skills and an in-depth understanding of HR performance indicators (KPIs)
* Excellent coaching and consulting skills and abilities as well as confidence and persuasiveness in dealing with managers
* Fluent in spoken and written Swedish and English, additional European language desirable
