Sandvik has presented a new Human Resources delivery model and organizational structure. The Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) has been introduced and will be a very important role for us to enable a high performance organization by working closely with the business. The main focus is to support the business strategy and its people priorities.

We are now looking for an HRBP for our Rock Tools business and our overall Global Tools and Services business in the Nordic countries. The location for this position is Sandviken.

Key performance areas
As HRBP you will be responsible for enhancing organizational performance and the business from an HR perspective. This includes supporting strategic initiatives, contributing in setting the roadmap for the future and creating synergies with other Sandvik entities. Furthermore, you will be responsible for performance management, talent and succession management, diversity and inclusion and HR controlling. You will also support managers in implementing change initiatives by offering both expertise and tools. In all your work, you ensure compliance with global policies.

You take full ownership of the HR delivery model and have a continual dialogue and close cooperation with HR Services, in order to make sure the business gets high quality service.

You will be a member of the Rock Tools Management team and the Global Tools and Services HR Management team, as well as part of the regional and global HR function network. This position reports to the HRBP Global Tools and Services Manager and the Vice President of Rock Tools. The position involves traveling.

Your profile
We are looking for someone with a university degree in HR or a similar field, or wide experience from the area. Experience from change management and from strategic HR is required, as is English, both written and spoken.

You have strong integrity and confidence. You encourage improvements, deliver results, and are able to balance being a part of a management team with challenging the same. We expect you to have excellent communication skills, to bring an inclusive perspective to your work, and to be a role model with respect to people management.

You should be able to travel internationally and have the ability to work effectively within, and report to, a matrix organization.
