HR Business Partner

We are looking for a qualified HR business partner to join our HR Department. You will be a part of a fast growing company, where you will be an important part of the team. As a fairly new company we are looking for a person who can continue to build the HR structures & processes. If you also have a couple of years experience from recruiting and onboarding, you might be the person we are searching for. Your main responsibilities will include:

- HR processes implementation & follow up
- Identify training needs for teams and individuals
- Analyze existing processes & suggest new HR strategies
- Monitor and report on workforce and succession planning
- Support Talent Acquisition Specialist with full cycle recruitment
- Work closely with office staff to secure a good work environment

Requirements:

- Experience as an HR business partner as well as with HR metrics
- Solid understanding of HR practices with a couple of years experience from working in a business environment
- Experience from working with labour law topics
- BS degree in Human Resources or related field
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken


Nice to have:

- Experience from recruiting within the tech industry
- Experience from a startup or fast growing organisation
