HR Business Partner

We are searching for a driven HR Business Partner to support our managers and employees in different HR related matters. This position will report to the CHRO Manager and will work in close collaboration with the HR team, managers and our employees. The successful candidate have a broad experience within HR as well as the right mind-set to thrive in a scale-up organization.

Your Future

- Provide professional HR support to managers and employees on a huge variety of HR matters.
- Partner with managers and drive HR matters in line with the business goals.
- Together with the HR team develop an attractive benefit package for our employees.
- You will work both operative and strategic in different HR related tasks.


Your Past & Your Skills

- Bachelor’s degree within HR or equivalent.
- At least 3 years experience as HR Business Partner.
- Proven experience and enjoy supporting managers, it is a plus if you have experience from leadership yourself.
- We will consider your personal attributions such as attitude, confidence, the ability to quickly establish trust and create good relationships with managers internally.
- You have done most things within HR and are willing to learn and can be up-and-running pretty fast.
- Through a holistic understanding of the business, you can identify needs, prioritize and drive initiatives that make a real difference.
- To thrive with us, you need to be results-oriented and like a changing environment at a high pace. At the same time, you need to be professional, brave and prestige less.
