HR Business Partner

As the HR Business Partner at Toca Boca you will support a fun, quirky and playful organisation full of people who all believe in the power of play. We are currently growing at a steady pace, both in terms of employees and number of kids using our products. So your HR knowledge is needed for our continued growth.

What you’ll be doing
You’ll be part of the People Operations Team at Toca Boca as well EU HR Team at Spin Master (owners of Toca), and together you’ll continue working on putting HR structures and policies in place to create a world class people structure for all the digital games studios (Toca Boca, Sago Mini, Noid).

You’ll support the business, working closely with managers keeping a finger on the pulse in order to ensure a high level of employee engagement.

You’ll work closely together with Karin, our Senior HR Manager, dealing with everything HR - high and low. As we are a growing company, things change on a regular basis, so you might have to put the plans for the day aside in order to deal with something more urgent.
Is this you?
You are an experienced HRBP who has been through the various HR cycles more than once. You understand that processes are constantly evolving and you want to help get the best ones in place.

You have experience from working in fast paced product or service companies and you thrive in an open and creative environment. You’ve probably already been part of both upscaling and downsizing a company, where changes were a part of your daily work life.

You truly enjoy supporting and coaching others as well as handling for example cases within performance management.

You don’t have to be a gamer, but you're curious about the industry and want to be part of our journey of connecting kids all over the world through digital games.

This position is full time and based in our Stockholm office. We apply 6 months of probationary employment. As we’re an international company, with over 10 nationalities and millions of users all over the world, you have to be fluent in English. Your application should therefore be in English
