HR Business Partner

To support Seco Tools and our Production Unit in Fagersta in our transition into the next era of manufacturing and contribute to Seco Tools as a people company in the machining business, we’re looking for a proactive HR Business Partner to join us. Your assignment
In this position, you’re responsible for implementing the HR strategy and processes. You support the production management in achieving their strategic plans by providing proper advice and ensuring HR support and delivery. You encourage the organization to continuously develop and become an even greater place to work. You co-create the PU’s agenda that includes requirements for topics such as organizational culture, performance management, talent- and competence development and leadership, and other critical prerequisites to improve our organization. You ensure that legal and compliance regulations are respected and you lead projects, change and union negotiations with courage and a collaborative and inclusive mindset.
As a key role in the Production Unit management team, you’re co-responsible for the performance of the unit and as a member of the international Seco Tools Operations HR team you contribute by executing on processes and projects, sharing your knowledge and supporting your HR colleagues all over the globe.
Your background and personality
We’re looking for someone with a university degree in Human Resources Management. Since Fagersta is a large site with around 700 employees, you need a few years of relevant HR experience in an industrial environment. Your knowledge about the Swedish labor and social security laws, job and salaries frameworks are up-to-date. You’re familiar with the latest HR theories and insights and are an ambassador for our values, diversity and inclusion and employee growth and create awareness in the organization. As we’re a global business you need excellent English and Swedish skills, verbally and in writing.
You’re independent and don’t mind making your own decisions, and at the same time you’re a true team-player who strongly believes in collaboration. With your excellent communication and service skills you easily build genuine and trusting relationships all over our organization. Being responsive and positive are also words that describe you well and with a confidence in your experience from the world of HR, you have no problem standing your ground and challenging us when necessary.
