What you will be a part of
Security and Defence Solutions, a business area of Saab, offers command and control systems, airborne early warning systems, civil security systems and solutions, training and simulation, as well as telecom carrier. Human Resource's role within Business Area Security and Defence Solutions (SDS) is to ensure our people management policies and activities support our business objectives, to enable our staff to be successful both as individuals and as part of a team, and to profile Saab as a respected and attractive employer who delivers profit to the shareholders.



Your role
As an HR Business Partner (BP) you are highly involved in driving the business forward. SDS is a global Business Area and the role as HR BP has an international dimension, not only within the European region but also in the US and Asia/Pacific. In this particular role you will drive the HR activities for all employees within the Business Unit "Critical System & Communication Solutions" in Sweden and in cooperation with our international sites.

Your skills and experience
To be successful in this position you need to have a sense of urgency when it comes to driving results and making people grow in their day-to-day operations. The position requires a confident person who is good at building relationships all over the organization. You should have a relevant academic degree and experience from working with HR in an international environment. Strong communication skills in both Swedish and English, written and spoken, are necessary and it is beneficial if you have lived or worked abroad. You should have experience working with blue-collar workers and be used to, and confident in, trade union negotiations.Tasks and responsibilities:

Maintain a high level of communication with managers and actively support the business by implementing HR initiatives within the areas of Talent & Performance Management, Competence Management,  and Compensation & Benefits.
Attract and retain the right competence, and recognize excellent leadership.
Utilize your extensive knowledge of applicable labour and employment laws, as well as experience in coaching managers through complex employee related situations.
Promote positive employee relations and explore methods to improve employee engagement.
Implement our Occupational Health, Safety and Welfare policy and procedures.
Fluent in Swedish and English

This is a temporary position and is expected to last for approximately 6 months.
