HR Business Partner

We are now looking for a HR Business Partner to join our HR team.
Based in Stockholm Arlanda Airport, you will be operating in a high-paced multinational environment and be be responsible for managing day-to-day operational HR related matters, including all aspects of employee lifecycle whilst supporting line managers in their people activity. As a HR Business Partner, you will ensure that People strategies are locally translated to action to fulfil business needs. This role will be instrumental in the transformation in building a data-driven and digital approach to enable productive, engaged and high-performing workforces.
Main accountabilities include
Apply best practice to help appraise, coach and develop the management team, provide new opportunities and challenges to increase knowledge and broaden experience.
Ensure that the company complies with labour laws and agreements, and manage the implementation of policies and procedures in line with all legislation and employment regulations
Contribute to the delivery of project work and policy development by taking part in, or leading, project teams
Ensure proper management of absences and be the main contact to the company health care provider
Measure and assist with the development of an employee-oriented company culture with emphasis on quality, continuous improvement, and high performance
Manage the recruitment process in an effective and timely manner to ensure the needs of the business are met
Coach and support managers on HR-related topics and personnel errands in their daily work (e.g. organizational development, performance management, compensation & benefits, labor law, on-boarding, off-boarding etc)
Qualifications and Experience
Have a Bachelor degree within Human Resources Management or related field
You have 2-4 years of experience working in an operational HR role
Experience working with labor law, work environment issues and knowledge of Swedish collective agreements
Fluent both in spoken and written Swedish and English
Excellent time management, prioritization and organizational skills
Ability to build and maintain strong business relationships with both the internal and external stakeholders
A positive and flexible attitude
Ability to use initiative and to work independently in a busy environment
Under the Airport Security Act we conduct background record checks on all employees.
Working Hours: Full time
Duration: Permanent (with 6 months' probation)
Start: as per agreement
