We are looking for a HR Business Partner       

     As a HRBP at Mini Rodini you will work broad within all areas of HR both on an operational as well as on a strategic level. You will have great possibility to affect the way we work with culture, leadership, and employee engagement.  

ABOUT THE POSITION
As a HRBP at Mini Rodini you will be responsible for running an efficient HR department in line with the company’s HR Strategy. The role has the responsibility to lead and develop the operational daily HR tasks for the whole organization as well as support managers and employees in personnel related processes and questions. You will also be responsible for the office which means a team lead for office manager.

You will work closely with all parts of the organization (HQ, stores, and Warehouse) and report to CEO.

Your tasks will include but not be limited to: 


• Initiate and lead HR projects and processes ex. Culture & Values, Salary Review, Performance Management etc
• Work closely with the leaders in the organization and provide coaching, training and support
• Systematic work with Rehabilitation and work environment
• Labour law and trade unions negotiations
• Follow up and analyse HR KPI’s
• Team lead of the Office Manager
• Coordinate salaries and benefits to our outsourcing partner for Salaries
• Administrate, train and support in our HR systems (Hailey HR and Reach Mee)
• Run recruitments together with recruiting manager
• Coordinate the onboarding and offboarding
• Administration of different HR related documents
• Create, implement, and update relevant policies for HR

The position is a temporary (Maternity leave cover) position April-Dec 2022. You will be based at our Stockholm Office, and you will report to CEO.

QUALIFICATIONS
We are looking for the right person to fit our culture and team, however the below might help you on your way: 


• We believe that you have a university degree in Human Resources – if not, you might have acquired equal knowledge through working experience, which is also great!
• 3-5 years’ experience in a broad role as HR Generalist or HR BP
• Do you have experience from working in Hailey HR and/or Reach Mee? – Great, it will make the onboarding easier for you!
• Experience from working with HR in UK is an advantage
• Experience from a premium brand company is an advantage
