Du kommer att tillhöra vår HR funktion
As our new HR Business Partner, you will be part of our HR function consisting of 10 specialized colleagues locally, of which 4 with a focus in HR BP and others in Talent Acquistion, HR Operations and Training & Development but many more globally. As part of the HR function, we can offer you an independent role that offers both challenges and development. We work closely together and attach great importance to everyone developing and enjoying themselves. We are located in nice premises at Mariatorget and will continue to work with a hybrid solution where we are mostly in the office. Travel may occur if necessary and if so, we choose sustainable travel options.
Your main tasks:
Drive the Agenda of Change and achieving Ramboll's strategic goals
Have an advisory role towards managers in all hr issues; e.g. regarding skills supply, recruitment and introduction of leaders, performance management, skills and career development, leadership development, EDI, salary and conditions, rehabilitation, work environment, trade union negotiations, decommissioning
Actively participate in one or more management teams
Run various HR related projects
Provide professional support in matters relating to labour law

Broad experience from the HR field and minimum 5 years in the role of HR Business Partner
A strong drive, clear business focus and want to lead change
Experience from companies in growth and ability to work in matrix with both local and global aspects is a merit
Solid knowledge of labour law and accustomed to trade union relations and negotiations
Experience from a specialist role within the work environment or with a focus on EDI is a merit
